I always start with a free consultation call. This appointment can be made by following the buttons on the website that read "Schedule your free consultation." During this call, I get to know you and your health concerns better and will let you know if I believe I can help. After that, the conversation opens up for any questions you may have, and you can decide if you would like to work together.

When you make the decision to redefine your health with me, you can expect to invest in three different areas: Services, Labs and Supplements. For those new to the functional and holistic realm of healing, holistic services and functional labs are not covered by insurance because insurance and conventional medicine do not offer this type of care. This places the responsibility on payment on the client.

Once payment is received, labs will be ordered and sent directly to your house. Most lab kits can be collected in the convenience of your home, whereas some (blood tests) will require a visit to a participating phlebotomist to be collected and shipped. Once your samples have been collected and shipped, then comes the hardest part – waiting for results. Depending on the case, we may include some support with supplementation and dietary changes while we wait for the results.

As soon as I receive your results, I get to work! I go through all your lab findings with a fine-tooth comb, paying attention to the smallest details while also stepping back and looking at everything as a whole. I take pride in treating the client rather than treating the test results. After I have gone through everything, I create a personalized healing protocol specific to you and your needs. This addresses every aspect to the healing process which includes Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction and Supplementation. This gives you the best chance to heal by acting on all healing opportunities while providing the optimal environment for your body to thrive and restore health!

The moment we have been waiting for! Once your personalized protocol is complete, we schedule your Results and Recommendations appointment. This video-call starts with some foundational education to better understand the test results and protocol. Then we get into each lab result and talk about how the findings relate to you and your symptoms. After we have gone through all the lab findings, we transition into your protocol, talking in detail about each area of intervention. I aim to answer all questions and concerns before the call is over so that you may feel confident and empowered to take control of your health!

As a follow-up from the R&R call, you will receive an email from me with all the notes of our call, any additional documentation/information you may need, and a reminder of your next appointment date (set during the R&R). You will also receive an email from my supplement dispensary (dispensaries), where you can easily order your supplements with a discount. You will be able to access all of your recommended supplements, as I will send them over as a “recommendation” to your account. This makes the supplementation part of the protocol very easy. After this, we meet via phone or videoconference on a set reoccurring schedule based on the level of care required to assess progress and make corrections.
